Enchanters’ End game
The cover for the novel of the same name by David Eddings, released as a special edition from Grim Oak Press.
In the fifth installment of the series, prophecies clash and armies collide. Garion and Ce’Nedra find themselves compelled to abandon the newfound comforts of Riva, venturing once again into the wilderness to undertake a perilous tasks. Both accepting the mantles fate has forced upon them.
For the cover of this book, I envisioned Garion and Torak in an intricate swordplay, their interwoven like the prophecies that loom. The challenge of showcasing two literally-colassal figures dueling has been with me since I started this project. There’s a very fine line to walk between making that imagery humorous vs. exciting.
